announces the following tender:

Those interested in submitting a tender should refer to the Directorate of Technical Affairs at the Manama Club, Juffair during official hours to obtain the tender documents starting from 11th November 2009. The primary Insurance mentioned above or 1% from tender amount whatever is less (in all cases the primary insurance must not be less than 100/-BD), must be paid certified cheque, bank guarantee, Cash or by an insurance policy. The Primary Insurance must be valid as it is defined in the tender documentation.

All relevant tender documents are to be placed in the bid box related to the tender , Board of Tenders (7th floor) at Al Moayyed Tower, Seef District

Those submitting a Tender shall adhere to the provisions of decree No. (36) for year 2002, in respect of the regulations of tender and government purchase and the executive regulation decree No. (37) for 2002.

The following rules have to be complied with:

A copy of the renewal of Commercial Registration of the year must be presented and the Business Activity as registered on the CR should be the same as the type of work to which the Tender relates.
Bids must be registered in form M.M. 02 – Bid Request Form.
The tender must include a Certificate of Commitment to the Bahraini employment percentage issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
Complete Tender Document ( original & Copy) shall be offfically stamped by the Tenderer
