The FTP forum of Senior Officials responsible for the Status of Women
requires a consultant to conduct the necessary research and prepare a
report on best practices on the issue of human trafficking. The foci of
the best practices report will be to:

Identify those jurisdictions that have developed innovative ways to
address victims' needs and provide recommendations on how to better
address human trafficking in terms of providing appropriate supports for
victims;

Explore promising practices designed to prevent traffickers from luring
victims and recommend preventative measures for consideration by our
forum; and

Explore promising practices designed to outreach to victims of
trafficking and recommend specific strategies for consideration by our
forum.
