concerns development and implementation of an analytical laboratory for
the Risk Analysis Unit at Frontex premises and delivery of related
services such as maintenance, technical support and training.

30 % of the value of delivery and implementation upon presentation of a
detailed solution.

relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: The tenderer
must meet the eligibility criteria per Art. 93 of the Financial
Regulation, it must possess adequate economical, technical and human
capacity to perform the contract and it must have a valid security
clearance at the level of at least 'EU Restricted'.

audited financial reports for the last 2 years;
