The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) has recently up graded its resort at Jallo Park (area 12 acres) TDCP intends to invite Proposals from the reputed and financially sound firms/parties/individuals for the operation and expansion of its tourist resort at Jallo on BOT, Public private partnership, joint venture, or on lease basis etc. The interested firms / parties / individuals fulfilling the following criteria submit their proposals:- 1) Minimum Five Years experience in the relevant field/business with documentary evidence. 2) Attested certificate from the bank regarding the said financial position of the firm. 3) Registration with the Income Tax Department. 4) 2% CDR against the offered amount which i: equivalent to one year lease amount, be submitted with the tender documents.
The tender form can be obtained from the office of the undersigned @ Rs 500/= each (nonrefundable). The tender forms should be submitted within fifteen (15) days after the publication of the advertisement in the Press. The TDCP reserves the rights to accept/reject one or all tenders without assigning any reason.
