The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) intends to hire the services of Consulting Firms for Surveys & Studies to Prepare Master Plan to Develop Murree as a Pollution Free Tourist Town and a Plan for Beautification and provision of Civic amenities at Murree.
The TDCP invites eligible firms to submit Technical and Financial proposals for the said job Request for proposals (RFPs) will be issued only to those firms who meet the following criteria.
1) Valid legal entity of the firm (registration with Securities & Exchange Commission or Registrar of Firms) etc. 2) Registration of the firm with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) duly renewed for the year 2009 or Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).
The firm will be selected through fast track mechanism in accordance with the procedures set out in the "Consultants Selection Guidelines" issued by the Planning and Development Department, Government of the Punjab, on 01-09-2006. Interested firms may obtain RFP/ TsOR and further information from the Manager (P&D) 140-A, Shadman-II, Lahore, on 5-11-09 to 7-11-09. Technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelops must reach at the following address within 21 days w.e.f the publication of this advertisement, in the Press, during office hours.
