National Bank of Pakistan is inviting bids for supply of Personal Computers to different Branches/Offices of Hyderabad Region. All Pre-qualified/enlisted firms (GST Registered, Income Tax Paid) are invited to provide sealed quotations on their letter head for supply of under noted item in separate envelops.
a) Should have completed at least THREE similar type of project in medium or large size of companies, with list of clients, recent order in last 3 years.
b) Ability to provide satisfactory after sale service. (List of Engineers, Technical Staff & nearest service workshop may be submitted with quotation). At least 3 recommendations are required, from the previous clients regarding the work done by the vendors.
c) Must be Authorized Dealer (copy of authorized dealership) must be attached with the quotation)
Quotation documents must be accompanied with a Call Deposit/Demand Draft/Payment Order @ 5% of the total price offered (security by other means will not be accepted) drawn in favor of M/s. National Bank of Pakistan Regional Office Hyderabad. The National Bank of Pakistan reserves the right to forfeit the security amount if the firm fails or denies supplying the items on the offered rates or within stipulated time period.
The Bank reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity of required items. The quotations should be condition free and contain item wise comprehensive details along with actual price + GST = Total price. The firm must provide free comprehensive after sale service at site (Branch) for period of three years (03 Years) after supplying the equipments. The quotations offering sub standard product can be screened out to ensure procurement of high quality equipments.
The rates will be valid for 90 days from the date of opening the tender.
Details of specification and other terms & conditions may be obtained from NBP Regional Office Hyderabad up to 23-11-2009 during office hours (or download from NBP Official website www.nbp.com.pk or PPRA Official website www.ppra.org.pk. Successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the items at the Branches/Offices at his own cost. Regional Data Center, Hyderabad with the coordination of Regional Office, Hyderabad will recommend/verify for the payment on satisfactory supply/quantity/quality as per the specification.
The firm must attach its complete profile with quotation; otherwise quotation will not be accepted. Last date for the receipt of complete tender is 24-11-2009 till 11:00 a.m. The tender will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on same date in the presence of Regional Tender Committee and bidders.
