Note: The amount of earnest money Rs:-200/-

Sealed Tender are re-invited for the clock operation (8 hours shift for three electricians only)for UPS and Generators from those Contractor and contracting firms who are working in electric field in reputed Government/Autonomous Bodies, Commercial Bank semi-Government or Quasi Government Body and other reputed institutions against payment of Rs:-200/- The amount of earnest money for the above job is 2 % total tendered amount for the contract period of 12 month with effect from 1st January,2010 (Extendable up to 3 years on satisfactory service) payable in the form of a Bank Draft/Payment Order in favour of the State Bank of Pakistan SPB BSC (Bank) Quetta. Tenders are required to furnish the following information with their tenders, failing which their tenders are liable to be rejected:-
1. Organizational structure of the contracting firm (whether the firm is a proprietorship, partnership or limited company).
2. Details of works of similar nature executed during the five years with cost supported by documentary evidence (photocopies to be attached) The tenders are required to visit the Bank’s premises before submitting their bid to ensure that they have fully understood the scope and quantum of work.
The tenders including the above information & the requisite earnest money for the work based on 2% of quoted amount for the contract period of Twelve months should be submitted in sealed covers to the undersigned either personally or by registered post so us to reach on or before 23rd November, 2009.
The tender shall be opened in the office the office of the undersigned at 11.30 A.M on the same day in the presence of those tenders who may like to be present. Incomplete, conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money shall not be considered. This tender is only un-invitation to offer and the bank does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserve the right to reject any or all tenders as per PPRA`s rules.
The successful bidder shall have to execute an agreement with the State Bank of Pakistan SBP BSC (Bank), Quetta as per Bank’s standard format. After execution of agreement for commencement of the work will be issued.
