SOURCES SOUGHT: The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base, California is seeking sources for a Sampling, Analysis & Monitoring (SAM) of Potable Water at Beale Air Force Base, California. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for additional information.

Interested parties who believe they meet or exceed all of the requirements described in this notice are requested to submit, in writing, appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and other pertinent information to demonstrate that the stated requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following: Name and address; size of business; Cage Code; and if under section 8(a) of the Small Business.

The applicable NAICS code is 541380. The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $12.0M . THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this evaluation. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal.  A formal solicitation is expected to be released on or about 30 November 2009, and will be made available on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of each interested party to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation or synopsis. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based upon responses hereto. Questions should be emailed to dean.seggay@beale.af.mil.
