All Interested Parties: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson, Arizona, intends to issue solicitation RFQ61511-0008-10 for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 4, 2010 through January 15, 2010 (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will made to the United States Penitentiary Tucson, 9300 S. Wilmot Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 18, 2009, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 2, 2009. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.213-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at https:www.orca.bpn.gov.
