ARCC-N, Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy, WI intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) W911SA-10-T-0014 for Elevator Maintenance Services for nine elevators. Four are located at the 85th Division Training Facility, 1515 W. Central Road, Arlington Heights, IL. Three are located at Fort Sheridan, 3155 Blackhawk Drive, Fort Sheridan IL. One is located at Army Reserve Facility, 7400 S Pulaski Road, Chicago IL and the final elevator is located at the 416th Command, 100 S Frontage Road, Darien IL.

The proposed procurement is set aside for a small business under NAICS 238290 with a corresponding small business size standard of 14.0 million. The RFQ will be issued on or about 18 November 09 and can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the RFQ documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
