Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Certificate privind obligatiile de plata:
- catre bugetul de stat consolidat, in urma verificarii balantei la 30.09.2009 sau ulterior;
- catre bugetul local la data de 30.09.2009 sau ulterior.
Certificatele vor fi prezentate in original sau copie legalizata.
-Persoanele juridice straine trebuie sa prezinte documente edificatoare pentru dovedirea eligibilitati in conformitate cu cerintele solicitate de Autoritatea Contractanta
- Certificat constatator emis, de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, cu cel mult 30 de zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor, in original sau copie legalizata.
- Certificat de inregistrare fiscala (C.U.I.), copie legalizata.
Documente edificatoare care sã dovedeascã o formã de înregistrare ca persoanã juridicã, în conformitate cu prevederile legale din tara în care candidatul/ofertantul este rezident.
Documentele oficiale depuse de persoanele juridice straine vor fi prezentate in original, insotite de traduceri autorizate in limba romana.

Informatii generale, inclusiv cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani - Bilantul contabil la 31.12.2006, 31.12.2007 si 31.12. 2008, vizate de organele competente.
- Obligatii contractuale, în desfãsurare, fatã de alti beneficiari/clienti.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Lista principalelor livrari efectuate in ultimii 3 ani - Experienta similara: ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada incheierii si indeplinirii in ultimii 3 ani, a unui contract al carui obiect a fost furnizarea unor produse similare.
Se vor prezenta recomandãri din partea altor beneficiari/clienti, cu referire la furnizari de produse similare celor solicitate la Experienta similara.
Certificat emis de organisme independente care atesta respectarea standardelor de asigurarea calitatii, respectiv ISO 9001; Certificat privind sistemul de management de mediu ISO 14001; Certificat privind sistemul de management de securitate si sanatate in munca OHSAS 18001 sau alte documente echivalente.
Documentele sa fie emise pentru domeniul de activitate ce face obiectul procedurii. Declaratie pe propria raspundere privind respectarea legislatiei de securitate si sanatate in munca pe parcursul indeplinirii contractului.
