ENTITY : SHIGERU KAWASAKI, DIRECTOR GENERAL, STATISTICS BUREAU,
MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS. (2) CLASSIFICATION
OF THE PRODUCTS TO BE PROCURED : 06 (3) NATURE AND QUANTITY OF THE
PRODUCTS TO BE PURCHASED : OCR PAPER 1SET. (4) DELIVERY PERIOD : AS

MINORS, PERSON UNDER CONSERVATOR SHIP OR PERSON UNDER ASSISTANCE
THAT OBTAINED THE CONSENT NECESSARY FOR CONCLUDING A CONTRACT MAY BE
APPLICABLE UNDER CASES OF SPECIAL REASONS WITHIN THE SAID CLAUSE,
(A2)NOT COME UNDER ARTICLE 71 OF THE CABINET ORDER CONCERNING THE
BUDGET, AUDITING AND ACCOUNTING, (A3)SATISFY THE GRADE A, GRADE B OR
GRADE C QUALIFICATION THAT IS PAPER AND PROCESSED GOODS OF PAPER ON
'SALES OF PRODUCT" IN THE KANTO KOUSHINETSU DISTRICT. THESE
QUALIFICATIONS ARE SPECIFIED IN TENDER BY MINISTRY OF INTERNAL
AFFAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS (SINGLE QUALIFICATION FOR EVERY MINISTRY
AND AGENCY), IN THE FISCAL YEARS 2007, 2008 AND 2009. (A4)HAVE THE
QUALIFICATION ACCORDING TO THE ARTICLE 73 OF THE CABINET ORDER. (7)
