Sealed tender /quotations form the manufacturers / druggist, chemists and their authorized dealers are invited for the supply of vety medicines, instruments, purchase/repair of vehicles / motorcycle (Hunda I25cc). purchase of furniture/equipment, liq. nitrogen gas tank & poultry feed / ingredients etc. on the terms and conditions as laid down below:- 1) Tender should reach to the undersigned within 15 days after publication in newspaper upto 10:30 am and will be opened on the same date at 11:00 am in the presence of tenderers, who care to be present. 2) The Tenderer rates would be considered/valid upto 30-6-2010. 3) The rate of each item should be quoted on the basis of FOR District HQs i.e. Gilgit, Skardu, Ghanche, Chilas,Astoreand Gahkuch Ghizer separately 4) Incomplete bids where the details with complete specification / strength/ manufacturer are not mentioned will not be considered and will be rejected. 5) Delivery time will be maximum six weeks from the date of supply order. In case of failure to complete the supplies in the stipulated time, total earnest amount will be confiscated in favour of state and supplier will be black listed. 6) Rates will be decided for individual items. 7) The call deposit issued by a scheduled bank upto 5% of the bid value may be deposited in favour of Director Livestock. Dairy Development and Poultry Production Gilgit/ Bantustan, Gilgit along with the tender 8) An increase or decrease in items for the supply order is expected according to the budgetary position. 9) The list of medicines/instruments etc. can be had from the office of the undersigned during any working days and the Tenderer must quote only the rates of items/list issued by this office and if the items out of the list quoted will not be considered. 10) After acceptance of the bid a separate agreement deed has to be drawn between the Tenderer and Department of Livestock Dairy Development Gilgit/ Bantustan. 11.3.5% Income tax would be recovered from the supplier as per Govt, rules who care to be offered from out of Gilgit/Battistan. 12.The Chairman of relevant tender committee reserves the right to accept or reject in parts or whole of tender without assigning any reason. In case of any dispute, decision of the Secretary Food & Agriculture Gilgit / Baltistan would be the final. 13.Tender will be considered who have their own medical shop or manufacturer, otherwise the tender/bid will not be accepted and included in the tender
