Note: Payment of a Non Refundable deposit of Rs. 500/= for each tender.
The selected applicants will be registered only after submission of Bank draft amounting to Rs. 5,000/= for materials and Rs. 2,000/= for services drawn in favour of General Manager Ceylon Electricity Board being the refundable Security Deposit for each item under categories (A) and (B) above.

Applications are invited from Manufactures, Distributors, Agents, Suppliers and contractors who wish to register themselves for the supply of items and provide services to the Eastern Province of Ceylon Electricity Board for the year 2010.
Conditions:-
A complete set of assessment documents for registration of suppliers could be obtained from this office on any working day from 12/11/2009 to 01/12/2009 between 09.00 am and 03.00 pm on Payment of a non refundable deposit of Rs. 500/= for each tender by Bank draft written in favour of "General Manager" Ceylon Electricity Board, or through a paying in voucher obtained from the CEB Office.
The document shall be duly completed and returned to the Deputy General Manager (Eastern Province), Ceylon Electricity Board on or before 02.12.2009 at 2.00 pm.
The selected applicants will be registered only after submission of Bank draft amounting to Rs. 5,000/= for materials and Rs. 2,000/= for services drawn in favour of General Manager Ceylon Electricity Board being the refundable Security Deposit for each item under categories (A) and (B) above.
The applications received later will not be entertained and will be returned unopened.
Terms and conditions for registration of suppliers will be provided along with the assessment document.
