1. Bidders are required to quote all prices in Pak Rupees inclusive of Government Taxes, GST, etc. Duties and taxes of all the delivered items should already be paid.
2. Refundable amount of bid security will be 5% of the bid price in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of ICT-PEIRA.
3. No advance payment shall be made against the purchase of equipment. 100% payment will be made after delivery of equipment.
4. The successful bidder will have to deliver the equipment within 15 days after placing the order and the cost of delivery of equipment will be borne by the bidder.
5. Interested parties may send their quotations in sealed covers indicating “Proposal of Computer System / LCD Monitor / Printer / Photo Copier Machine” to Member, ICT-PEIRA, during office hours (from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM) at House No. 450, Street No. 57, Sector I-8/3, Islamabad till Saturday, 21st November, 2009 upto 11:00 AM along with: a. Name of the Firm, Address, Telephone No. & Date of Establishment.
b. Copy of (i) GST Registration (ii) NTN No. (iii) Vendor No. if allotted (iv) Name and Branch of the Bank with Account No.
c. List of organizations where already work has been carried out.
6. Bids will be opened on Saturday, 21st November, 2009 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders / their authorized representatives on the above mentioned address of Authority.
7. Bids of less than or without 5% earnest money, bids containing cutting / over-writing, conditional bids and bids received after due date / time shall be rejected forthwith.
