Description

Provision of services for Client Applications supporting the full development of the Vital Planning and Analysis (VIPA) Version 2.0 joint logistic planning tool, through to delivery for hosting on Defence networks. This will involve reworking the tools in VIPA Version 1.1 to use a common data model. It will also require User Interface improvements, additional new features and accompanying systems engineering documentation to be produced.
