Families Generic Support Project.
The project should consist of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 units of
floating support. Staff will deliver support activities in service users’
own accommodation and the community.
This is a floating support project for vulnerable single people and
couples with dependent children, who are resident in Denbighshire and who
are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Support will be time limited
and it is expected that individuals will move on to live independently in
the community or onto another community based project with lower level
support.
