Police is seeking to re tender there business travel, their services will
also cover Merseyside and Cheshire Police. : North Wales Police intends to
set in place an agreement under which other UK Police Forces in may place
orders for the services required in the tender. The service will include,
but not be limited to: o Supplying Rail tickets. o Arranging, booking and
supplying tickets for UK and European rail travel. o Arranging, booking
and supplying tickets for UK, European and International air travel. o
Arranging, booking and supplying tickets for travel by Sea – Ferry and
SeaCat. o Arranging, booking and supplying tickets for travel by coach. o
Arranging and booking coach charter. o Arranging hotel reservations within
the UK, Europe and Internationally. o Arranging and booking European and
worldwide car hire. o Advancing travellers cheques, foreign currency and
arranging money transfers. o Arranging visas and other passport services.
o Providing information regarding vaccination and health requirements. o
Providing airport assistance. o Providing airport car parking information.
o Providing road transfers to and from airports. o Arranging appropriate
insurance cover for accompanying travellers (non staff). o Providing group
travel services. o Providing travel information. o Providing management
information. we are seeking a single provider.
