Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129280/D/SER/HR.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: IPA.
4. Financing: IPA 2007 HR 16 I PO 003 Environmental protection
operational programme 2007–2009 for Community assistance under the IPA
regional development component in Croatia.
5. Contracting authority: Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency
Fund (EPEEF), Zagreb, CROATIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: Publicity measures include all necessary
activities to introduce the whole project to the inhabitants of
Primorsko-Goranska county, in order to gain support for EU funded
projects. The consultant will work on acceptance and approval of the
purpose of the entire project from all potential stakeholders, education
and training about the necessity of the project and training of the end
recipient employees for public relation activities.
8. Indicative budget: 350 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: February
2010.
