Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129284/D/SER/HR.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: IPA.
4. Financing: National programme for Croatia under the IPA — transition
assistance and institution building component for 2008.
5. Contracting authority: Central Finance and Contracting Agency, Zagreb,
CROATIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The purpose of the contract is improvement of
the quality level and speed of providing the services of the real property
register to the key stakeholders and citizens through the establishment of
a 'one stop shop' as a part of the real property registration and cadastre
joint information system (JIS). Some of activities required are increase
of data quality, design, implementation, coordination, evaluation and
administration of a nationwide development JIS training programme to
address the needs of the Ministry of Justice and State Geodetic
Administration.
8. Indicative budget: 600 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: January
2010.

11. Legal basis: EC Council Regulation No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006
