Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129282/D/SER/HR.

operational programme 2007–2009 for Community assistance under the IPA
regional development component in Croatia.
5. Contracting authority: Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency
Fund (EPEEF), Zagreb, CROATIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: This contract includes assurance of adequate
supervision services for successful completion of construction works under
phase 1 of the project County Waste Management Centre Kaštijun, County of
Istria, Croatia. Works supervision will be implemented in accordance with
the Croatian Act on the Architectural and Engineering tasks and activities
within the scope of Physical Planning and Building (OG 152/08), the
Croatian Physical Planning and Construction Act (OG 76/07, 38/09) and
under the FIDIC conditions of contract for plant and design-build (Yellow
Book).
8. Indicative budget: 650 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: February
2010.
