The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Greene County Water and Sewer Authority, 110 Main Street, Eutaw, Alabama to provide public water supply to Finches Ferry Park to include running a 6 water main along Finches Ferry Road under the authority of FAR 6.302. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds will be utilized for this project. Contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds will be included in the contract. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed price contract will be awarded. The NAICS code is 221310 and the size standard is $7 million.
