The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics office has a requirement for Opiate Substitution Treatment Outpatient Services at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (Las Vegas). The care will include but not limited to: 1) Outpatient Opiate Substitution Treatment Services, and 2) Urine Analysis Services. It's the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will include a base year (one year from the date of award), with (3) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 FAR 15 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15. NAICS is 621420, Size Standard $10.0 Million.
