The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, Georgia, intends to issue solicitation RFQP03071000005 for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - KOSHER. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 Highway 301 S. Jesup, Georgia, 31599. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal, single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 13, 2009, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The date for receipt of quotes is December 10, 2009, at 4:00 pm EST. Payment will be made by using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-Line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations on contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which will be considered. Completed offers may be faxed to the attention of Aaron Reck, at (912) 427-1126 or mailed to the address below.
