The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Jellin LLC, Inc. under the authority of
FAR 6.302 for the procurement of temporary office space (1,818 square feet) in Stockton, CA for FY2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The sole source is to award based on meeting the specifications listed and it will be on an All or None basis. No entity on the Excluded Parties List System will be considered. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov) to be considered for award. The closing date is November 20, 2009 at pm standard eastern local time.
