(A) The 25% offer of above noted property should be accompanied by a Pay-Order / Demand Draft in favor of Nazir, High Court of Sindh, Karachi with copy of CNIC and offer letter. No Cheque of 25% of earnest money will be accepted. (B) Offer should be presented at the time of sale or any other day or time fixed, if proceedings are adjourned. (C) The interested persons can inspect the same on 21/11/2009, between 2.00 PM. to 4.00 PM. (D) The offer will be valid till acceptance/rejection by the Honourable Court. (E) The sale shall be subject to confirmation by the Honourable Court and Court reserves the right to reject all or any offer without any reason. (F) The balance amount of sale consideration shall be deposited within 15 days on confirmation of sale by the Honourable Court, (G) The sale is on as is where is basis. The undersigned or Court has no responsibility of any sort of any claim of offerer at any time or objection of from any side. (H) Highest offer/lowest offer as the case may be cannot withdraw his/their offer before acceptance of the same or otherwise by the Court within 15 days from the date of submitting the reference by Nazir to Court, to avoid the situation where after submitting the offer by one party at higher side on the very next day or day thereafter for consideration of otter, withdrawal of the otter, frustrating the sale of the property. (I) Only authorized offerer/parties will be entertained. (J) Dues may be asked by offerer(s) from department’s concerned their-self; All charges in respect of Sale Deed/Conveyance Deed/Sale Certificate will be by the purchaser(s). (K) Sale/auction can be postponed without any reason.
