The Office of D.C.P/Inspection/ Pakistan Railways Reti Lines Karachi Cantt: and Director Stores & Purchase C.S.F. Building Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore on Cash Payment as shown against each on all working days during office hours, Quotation on Official tender forms shall only be considered and Tender to be dropped in the Tender Box in the office of Managing Director, Carriage Factory, Admin: Building Pakistan Railways I.J. Principal Road Islamabad not later than 12.00 hrs and will be opened at 12.30 hrs on the last date of receiving the bids. The un-registered firms are required to submit earnest money @ 2% of the bid value in shape of Pay order, CDR, B. G. Bond or cash deposit at CCT/P.R/ Lahore, Divisional Pay Master/Rawalpindi, Divisional Pay Master/Karachi and submit Cash Receipt in original along with quotation failing which offer will be ignored.
The Railway Administration may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal as per Rules 33(1) of PPRA.
