Tenders are invited from intended / interested persons / suppliers / contractors / companies / firms on B-l forms as per SPP Rules 2006The blank tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned upto 25-11-2009 on payment of tender tee specified against the work. Tender will be received on the same date i.e. 25-11-2009 upto 1.00 PM. and will be opened on the same date I.e. 25-11-2009 upto 2.00 P.M. in the presence of the contractors of their authorized agents and tendering committee comprising the Superintending Engineer / Executive District Officer (Works And Services), the undersigned being Executive Engineer and Divisional Accounts Officer of this office. If the undersigned is out of headquarters due to any unavoidable circumstances then tender wilt be opened on the next working day at same time or intimated Local Corrigendum on the Notice Board In case of non-responded tenders, the same procedure for issuing and opening will be done on 02i12: respectively at same time with similar condition.
Applications for issuing tenders should be accompanied with call deposit in favour of Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Jamshoro otherwise blank tenders will not be issued. The contractors are not allowed to withdraw their earnest money tilt the period, as specified in Clause-51 of 8-1 agreement, is exhausted.
Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be entertained.
"The procuring agency may reject any or all bids subjected to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules".
The work order lo the successful bidders will be issued on receipt of funds from the government.
The following documents ere to be required for Registration Certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council. List of Technical Staff List of completed works along with copy of work order / certificate of E.E; for satisfactory completion of work. List of equipment available; List of works in progress along with copy of work order; Bank statement
Registration of Income Tax / N.T.N, viii) Affidavit for blacklisting of firms from any department ix) Affidavit regarding the firms has no any involvement in the case.
Number of directors / partners / proprietors and their names, qualification and experience. These conditions do not pertain lo works below the cost of 2.500 million.
