The Project Director (Mega-III), NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi invites Sealed Tenders. Prices valid for 60 Days must be quoted on F.O.R. basis for -Karachi inclusive of all Taxes, Duties and other Charges. Earnest Money equal to 2.5% of the total bid amount must be submitted along with the Tender Documents in form of Pay Order in favour of Director Finance, NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.
GST must be quoted separately. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The Tender Documents can be obtained from the Office of Project Director (M-III), NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi against the written request with a Pay Order/Demand Draft of Tender Cost in favour of Director Finance, NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi on all working days between 09:00 am to 1:00 pm, except Fridays.
Tender Documents can also be obtained by post against Pay Order of Rs 500 as Courier Charges in addition to Tender Fee.
The Sealed Tenders duly completed and addressed to the Project Director (M-III), must reach or be dropped In the Office of Project Director (Mega-III), NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi on the Opening Date & Time mentioned in the Tender Document which will be opened in presence of Bidders or their Representatives who may wish to be present. In case of any disturbance, the Tenders will be opened on the next working day as per schedule.
Delivery is to be completed within the prescribed period from the date of receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept any Tender or reject any or all Tenders, divide business amongst more than one bidders or extend the opening date and time subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
