Note: Registration fees for supply of each category materials of service will be Rs. 500/= + 3% (NBT) + 12% (VAT) = Rs. 576.80.

Applications are called for registration of Suppliers and Manufacturers for the year 2010 till 10.30 a.m. on 30.11.2009. Applications should be sent under registered post endorsing "Registration of Suppliers 2010" on the top left corner of the envelope. All applications received after the said date will be rejected.
Separate applications should be sent for more than one category or service. Registration fees for supply of each category materials of service will be Rs. 500/= + 3% (NBT) + 12% (VAT) = Rs. 576.80.
If you pay by cheques, Cheque should be written in favour of "Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Matale". Money orders are not excepted.
A copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be attached to the application.
Further details, if necessary, could be obtained from the Municipal Accountant.
