Eligibility of tenderer : Any individual(s)/ Firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (IDS) and other conditions of tender document.
a) Usual VAT/IT & other charges would be imposed for the works as per prevailing rules. The budget allocation may be decreased/ increased or dropped by the competent authority and payment will be made subject to availability of fund during this financial year. If not. payment will be made to the next 2010-2011 financial year. In this regards no extra claim will be entertained. In addition of the Original & Duplicate copy of tender, two sets of bill of quantities (Photocopy of BOQ) to be submitted by the tenderer in the two separate envelope marking 'Additional BOQ along with the tender. If the tender submission is not possible on the last date fixed in the Notice due to unavoidable circumstances, the tender submission date will automatically be shifted to the next working day.
