Nature of Requirements:

SHIRTING POLYESTER/COTTON GREY

Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a
firm quantity of 100,000 meters of Shirting Polyester/Cotton
Grey.

Delivery request:
It is requested that the firm quantity be delivered complete by
April 30, 2010.

Destination:
All items are to be delivered to RCMP in Montreal, Quebec.

Technical Requirements:
To be manufactured in accordance with the RCMP specification GS
1045-009 dated 2006-10-04, last amended 2007-09-05 and viewing
sample.

RCMP Specifications:
The RCMP specification GS 1045-009 will automatically be issued
to bidders who will order the bid document from Merx. Therefore,
it is imperative that this request for bid documentation be done
as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
technical data. Notwithstanding, the Crown shall not be held
responsible for untimely release of technical data package.

Canadian Content Policy:
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 5 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
