WAPITI COMMUNITY DORM ENVIRONMENTAL AND ASBESTOS ASSESSMENT AND ABATEMENT

This document is intended to provide Contractors invited to bid on this Contract with information regarding bidding procedures, standards of workmanship, definitions of responsibilities and general performance criteria. Analytical results and estimated quantities have been provided in the Specifications section are provided for general information purposes only and may not be representative of all hazardous materials within the scope of this project. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for determining actual quantities of hazardous materials containing materials or contaminated waste to be removed.

Results of tests of asbestos containing materials taken from insulation and building materials can be found in the Specifications section.

The amounts of hazardous materials within the selected designated Work Area of this Contract are included FOR GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY and the Contractor is solely responsible to determine the quantities of the hazardous materials for the purpose of this Bidding process.
