Title: Delivery and Instructional Facilitation of a British Columbia Centric First Nations Cultural Course Utilizing a Blended Training Delivery

Summary:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Pacific Region Training Centre situated at Chilliwack, British Columbia is tendering a request for proposals (RFP) to provide delivery and instructional facilitation First Nations cultural training, that is British Columbia centric, to RCMP employees in the Pacific Region. The RCMP are looking for a facilitated delivery of First Nations Cultural training that meets the following criteria:

a. An existing facilitated online eLearning training package that is ready for immediate delivery of training to be delivered through a secure server provided by the contractor that will assist members knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal Peoples across British Columbia;

b. A classroom face-to-face, training session that provides a review of the online training and consists of additional instruction in First Nations cultural awareness.

Period of Contract:
The contract is for a period of two (2) years from the date of contract award plus two (2) one (1) year options.

Security Requirement:
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.

Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business
This requirement is set aside for Aboriginal suppliers in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (voluntary set-aside). The bidder must certify in its bid that it is an Aboriginal business or an eligible joint venture as defined within the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). Annex “C” must be completed.
