1.Ofertantul va prezenta contracte incheiate si finalizate, care sa aiba ca obiect prestarea unor servicii similare cu cele supuse licitatiei.Contractele prezentate ca experienta similara vor fi insotite de recomandari.2.Se va prezenta tabelul cu sediile sucursalelor din tara ale furnizorului, precizindu-se localitatea, adresa exacta si numarul de telefon. In acest sens, furnizorul va da o declaratie pe proprie raspundere ca pe raza judetelor Brasov, Sibiu, Mures, Harghita si Covasna detine cel putin o agentie sau sucursala;3.Furnizorul va da o declaratie pe propria raspundere cu contractele incheiate cu societati service auto autorizate RAR , astfel incat achizitorul sa poata efectua reparatia in service auto specializat pentru fiecare marca de autovehicul pentru care se incheie polita CASCO
