MUST POSSESS HIGH RELIABILITY FOR BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TO
PROVIDE STABLE SERVICES FOR 24 HOURS/365 DAYS BASIS. C TOTAL
ELECTRIC POWER CONSUMPTION MUST NOT EXCEED 1 MVA. THE SYSTEM MUST BE
