The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) intends to solicit proposals from professional organizations dealing in health and accident benefits administration, to administer and provide (1) a health benefits program; and (2) an accident insurance program-for all covered persons employed with the OSG, and their covered qualified dependents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a 1-year contract with the OSG to administer and provide a health and accident benefits program based on the attached terms of reference.
