INVITATION TO BID

The Clark Development Corporation, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ manufacturers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project: TERMITE TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR CDC GUESTHOUSES, BARNHOUSES AND CLARK MUSEUM
Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines
Brief Description : Termite Treatment Program for ten (10) CDC buildings using Termite Colony Elimination (Baiting System)
Approved Budget
For the Contract : Php 573,500.00 (VAT Exclusive)
Contract Duration : Three (3) Years

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar completed project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows:
1. Issuance of Bidding Documents ----- November 11-17, 2009 (9am-4pm)
2. Pre-bid Conference ----- November 18, 2009 (10:00 am) CDC Board Room, Ground Floor Bldg. 2125
3. Submission and Opening of Bids ----- December 01, 2009 (10:00 am) ECMD Conference Room, 3rd Floor Bldg. 2125

Bid Documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 1,000.00 to the CDC- Cashier (cash or manager's checks only) from November 11-17, 2009 at the address given below:
