Sealed tenders are invited from the interested Suppliers registered with Sales Tax Department for the supply of Computer P-IV & Printers for PMDC Head Office, 13-H/9, Islamabad as per Specifications as under:
Terms & Conditions:
1-Tenders in sealed cover should reach the Dy General Manager (Est/Pur), PMDC Head Office 13-H/9, Islamabad by Registered A. D. or dropped in the Tender Box placed in the premises of PMDC Head Office, 13-H/9, Islamabad upto 12:30 p.m. on or before 17-11-2009 which will be opened on the same day at 1:00 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who desire to participate.
2-Earnest Money @ 2% of total value shall accompany the tender in shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), Head Office 13-H/9, Islamabad from any scheduled bank which will be refunded to the tenderer whose tender is not accepted.
3- Rates should be quoted inclusive of GST 16 %.
4-Tender with over-writing, cutting or conditional or by fax shall not be accepted.
5-Sucessful tenderer is required to deposit security money @ 5 % of the total value and earnest money already deposited will be converted into security deposit while balance amount shall have to be deposited at 5 % of the total value which will be refunded after successful completion of the supply order.
6-Offers shall remain valid for 30 days. Offer having backup services should be considered only.
7-PMDC reserve the right to accept tender either whole or part or reject it with assigning reason thereof.
8-Payment will be made on submission of the bill in duplicate alongwith Store Receiving Report, Guarantee Certificate for one year.
9-Guarantee : Manufacturers Standard Guarantee certificate for a period of one year shall have to be provided by the Supplier.
10-Income Tax:: Income Tax shall be recovered as per Income Tax Rules.
