Applications are invited from Manufacturers, Suppliers, Sole Agents, Registered Cooperative Societies, Gramodaya Mandalayas, Government Institutions including Statutory Boards, Registered Business Organizations, individuals who wish to register themselves with this institution for the supply of items and services listed below for the year 2010.
All applications should be sent under Registered cover addressed to Director, The National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo 10 on the top left hand corner of the envelope marked "Registration of Suppliers for 2010" to reach the undersigned on or before 30.11.2009.
A non refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/= should be paid for each item and a separate application to be submitted according to the Supply / Service. Money should be paid to this office and submit the photocopy of receipt with the application.
Quotations for Supplies / Services will normally be called from the list of suppliers, but the Director, The National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo reserves the right to select suppliers and to call for quotations even outside the registered list when necessary. Action will be taken to delete the names from the Registered List if any supplier fails to supplier / render services according to the conditions based on the contract or specifications given earlier.
The Director, National Hospital of Sri Lanka, and Colombo 10 reserves the right to accept or reject any application sent for registration without giving reasons.
