You bid tender shall be submitted in accordance with Single Stage-Two Envelops Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004 (PPR-2004) where under the bid shall comprise. i) A single Package (duly sealed), Each Envelops shall contain separately. the "Financial Proposal'' & the "Technical Proposal". ii) The Envelops should be marked as Financial Proposal" and "Technical Proposal" in bold and legible later to avoid confusion.
Tender documents can be obtained from the offices of the Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore ( Phone No.042-9201613), District Controller of Purchase / Inspection, Pakistan Railways, Reti Line Karachi Cantt ( Phone No. 021-9206108) and from the office of Assistant Controller of Stores (Diesel), Pakistan Railways, Rawalpindi ( Phone No. 051-9278347) on cash payment as shown there against on all working days.
Tenders are required to submit their bids on the duly purchased prescribed bidding documents. Registered firms shall enjoy exemption from submitting earnest money / bid security, only to the extent as per their category. In case their bid value exceeds the exemption limit, they will have to submit the bid security as indicated in the bidding documents, failing which their offers shall be ignored straightway.
Un-Registered firms are required to submit earnest money as indicated in the bidding documents, failing which their offer shall be straightway ignored. your tender should be submitted to Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore on or before due date at 1030 AM and will be opened publicly on the same date at 1130 AM in the office of Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore.
