Bids are invited for supply of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) for the quantities and period mentioned below on C&F oasis at FOTCO (Port Qasim) Karachi. The documents along with relevant details may be obtained from the following: Manager Supply Imports Pakistan State Oil Company Limited PSO House, Khayaban-e-lqbal Clifton, Karachi-75600 Pakistan UAN: 111-111-PSO (776) Tel: 0092-21-99203725 Fax: 0092-21-99203780 The procedure for submission of bids is as under. The Bid documents for Fuel Oil shall be issued during working days (Monday-Friday) within working hours from (03:00 pm to 05:00 pm) Ground Floor, PSO House, up to Wednesday; 11-11-2009.
Bid Documents consist of the following; Bid Document No. 1Summary of Requirement; Bid document No 2
General Terms & Conditions for C&F Supplies; Bid documents will be issued against a non-refundable fee of Rs 10000/=, which will be in the form of a pay order in favour of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited payable at Karachi; Sealed bids for Fuel Oil must be dropped in the Tender box kept in the main entrance, Ground Floor, PSO House, Khayaban-e-lqbal, Clifton. Karachi, Pakistan latest by 03:00 pm on Tuesday; 24-11-2009. The Bids will be opened at 03:30 pm in the Ground Floor, Conference Room, PSO House, the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives only, whoever may like to be present. Bids should be marked as "Bids for Supply of Fuel Oil during Dec 09 - Jan 10' and should be accompanied by a bid bond in the value of United States Dollars One Hundred Thousand (USD 100,000).
Bids of Fuel Oil should remain valid till Friday; 27-11-2009 (2100 hours PST).

Bids should conform to the requirements of the Bid documents. Conditional Bids will not be accepted. Pakistan State Oil Company Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
