Sealed bids are invited for supply of the following supplies and services for the year 2010 from reputed suppliers/contractors for the under mentioned hospitals in Regional Director of Health Services Division, Mannar.
Applications are received from Sri Lankan individuals or Sri Lankan Trade institutions for the above said supplies/services for the period starting from 01st January 2010 to 31st December 2010. Tender documents could be obtained from the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Mannar from 06.11.2009,15:00 hours till 25.11.2009,15:00 hours. For each hospital/section, only 01 set of Documents for each supply/service will be issued.
Tender forms will not be issued to those who are blacklisted.
Those who are eligible to apply for, should pay the amount mentioned and can obtain the tender documents on submission of Worth Certificate for the supply of meals and Laundering the dirty linen. Tender application forms will be received till 27.11.2009,15:00 hours and will be opened on 27.11.2009 at 15.15 at the above mentioned office.
