Note: Supply of Personal Computers alongwith Printers for Area Managers / Field Workers at Zonal Office 2nd Floor in State Life Building Quaid-e-Awam Raod, Larkana.

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Larkana zone requires sealed financial bids from reputable GST and National Tax registered firms/suppliers for supplying Personal Computers along with Printers for Area Managers/Field Workers at Zonal Office 2nd Floor in State Life Building Quaid-e-Awam Raod, Larkana.
Terms & Conditions.
1 Bidders shall deposit along with tender the Security deposit Equal to 5% of their total bid State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Larkana zone requires sealed financial bids from reputable GST and National Tax registered firms/suppliers for supplying Personal Computers along with Printers for Area Managers/Field Workers at Zonal Office 2nd Floor in State Life Building Quaid-e-Awam Raod, Larkana.
Terms & Conditions.
1 Bidders shall deposit along with tender the Security deposit Equal to 5% of their total bid value in shape of pay order/demand draft in favour of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
2. If the firm/supplier provides/supplied sub-standard product, the Security Deposit may be forfeited in favour of the Corporation. The bidders will have attach copies of their NTN, GST Payer number with the tender.
3 Income Tax and GST applicable as per Government rules.
4 . The bidders shall be responsible to deliver the required items at 2nd Floor State Life Building, Quaid-e-Awam Road, Larkana no cartage expenses/ labor charges shall be payable separately.
5. The estimated quantity of items mentioned in the tender may vary at the time of issuing Job order.
6. The Sealed quotations must reach by post/courier/by hand to Secretary Zonal Procurement Committee, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, 2nd Floor, State Life Building, Quaid-e Awam Road, Larkana upto 12-00 pm latest by 17.11.2009. The envelop should bear the phrase of “Tender For Personal Computers & Printers at the right hand conrner. The bids will be opened at 12.30pm on same day i.e 17.11.2009 in presence of the Representatives of firms/suppliers if they desired to participate.
7. State Life reserve the rights to cancel any bid or all bids prior to its/their acceptance.
