Eligibility of Tenderers- This invitation for tender is open to eligible tenderers as mention below: Reputed contractors/ construction firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in Building construction works, Reputed contractors/construction firms having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of frame structure building with minimum 5-storied foundation during the last 5 (Five) years & amounting Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) lac in single tender.
The experience certificate for successful completion of a frame structure building with minimum 5-storied foundation shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization duty verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. Prescribed form for “Work Certificate” for this purpose will be available in the section 5. Tender & contract forms (Form-W-9).
Certificate of authentication in respect of the work should have to be furnished by the tenderer along with tender documents in the following manner as applicable - In case of the work done under PWD, this certifying and authenticating authority shall be concerned Executive Engineer under whom the work has been executed, In case of the work done under any Government / semi government /autonomies bodies / organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of executive engineer & the same should be duel verified by the concerned executive engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
In case of a work done under a private organization the certificate is to be obtained from the chairman / CEO / managing director of the organization about the type and nature of structure and construction including up to date payment made to the builder and the same is to be duely verified by the concerned Executive engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
In case of a work done under a private organization prescribed work order (original or duely attested by competent authority ) for the work should be enclosed along with tender documents.
In case of the work done under a private organization , payment certificate and certificate of the deposit duely is to be obtained from the banker and is to be enclosed along with tender document ( other required condition are as mentioned in tender documents section-2).
Liquid asset or cash flow : For Lot-1 = 13.00 Lac., For Lot-2 = 15.00 Lac., Average annual turn over- For Lot-1 = 80.00 Lac., For Lot-2 = 90.00 Lac.
Tender capacity must be satisfied by the tenderer as per his/her quoted tender price (not less than tender amount), Contractor/ firm must have ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, government of the people’s republic of Bangladesh.
To attach: tender purchasing money received (original) up to date trade license, in come tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate from the NBR / concerned office etc. Other required eligibility criteria & conditions and as mention in tendered documents (section-2 & section-4).
