DescriptionThe Tax Office proposes to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors from which it can purchase Services. The Services are categorised into to main categories, these being; 1) Independence Assurance and 2) Program and Project Management.  The Program and Project Management category includes; Governance services; Strategic Advice; Delivery services; and Capability development services.
Conditions for ParticipationThe conditions for participation are:the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001 (Cth); and

the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions (other than decisions subject to appeal) made against them relating to employee entitlements.

Timeframe for Delivery

It is estimated that the Panel Arrangement will commence in January 2010.  Services will be as required and subject to the placement of an Official Order.
