Nature of Requirements:
COVER, INDIVIDUAL, CAMOUFLAGE

Requirement :
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
Cover, Individual, Camouflage
(NSN 8415-21-911-7429 - Screen camouflage, reversible,
individual soldier, winter/artic).

Technical Requirements :
The item must be manufactured in accordance with:
1) Annex B - Statement of work dated 25 June 09;
2) Annex C - Instruction Sheet for the soldier's winter/artic
individual camouflage screen; and
3) Annex D - Patterns printed areas;
provided with the Request for Proposal

Firm Quantities :
A firm quantity of 3,500 each to be delivered to Montreal,
Quebec and 1,500 each to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta for a
total quantity of 5,000 each.

Delivery requested:
The delivery of the firm deliverables are requested to be
completed by February 28, 2010.

Tendering Procedures:
Open - Any interested bidders may submit a proposal.

Enquiries :
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
