Servicii de mentenanta aferenta echipamentelor CISCO
Prin serviciile de mentenanta aferente echipamentelor CISCO se vor asigura urmatoarele:
• pentru toate echipamentele de retea, CISCO, ce fac obiectul serviciilor de mentenanta, se vor asigura servicii de tip CISCO Smart Net 8 x 5 x NBD, ce prevad înlocuirea echipamentelor defecte în maxim 24 de ore.
• servicii de suport [acces la upgrade firmware si acces la serviciul de suport tehnic - TAC (Technical Assistance Center 24 x 7)] asigurate de producator (CISCO) pe perioada de mentenanta.
• upgrade-ul pentru imaginile sistemelor de operare - IOS, pentru toate echipamentele de retea CISCO, în masura în care apar noi versiuni.
• rezolvarea incidentelor, raportate de beneficar, într-un numar maxim de 10 incidente.
servicii de consultanta, design în ceea ce priveste arhitectura si configurarea retelei în vederea optimizarii functionarii acesteia, într-un numar maxim de 50 zile/om.
