2.Declaratie pe proprie raspundere referitoare la echipamentele tehnice si la masurile aplicate în vederea asigurarii calitatii,
3.Certific sau documente emise de organisme abilitate,care sa ateste conformitatea serviciilor, identificate clar prin referire la specificatii:Candidatii - persoane juridice române - trebuie sa îndeplineasca cerintele OMT 290/2000, adica prestatorul de servicii sa aiba Autorizatie de Furnizor Feroviar si Certificat de Omologare Tehnica/Agrement Tehnic,dupa caz,eliberate de AFER,conf.Doc.Descrip si cerintele OMT 290/2000;Candidatii - persoane juridice straine - certificate sau documente emise de organisme abilitate care sa ateste conformitatea serviciilor, identificate prin referire la specificatii,standarde relevante si Agrement Tehnic Feroviar eliberat de AFER, în conformitate cu cerintele din Documentatia Descriptiva si cerintele OMT 290/2000, in termen de valabilitate;
4.Decl. pe propria raspundere privind respectarea conditiilor de munca si protectia muncii
5.Declaratia pe proprie raspundere referitoare la utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele tehnice de care poate dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea acordului cadru de servicii
