- 3 recomandari din partea unor beneficiari ;
- ISO 9001/2001 sau echiv.sau in curs de certif.;
- ISO 27001 sau echiv.sau in curs de certif.;

- Autorizare din partea producatorului pentru comercializarea echipamentelor. Se va prezenta in ORIGINAL ;
- Autorizare pentru comercializarea licentelor. Se va prezenta in ORIGINAL;
- Autorizare din partea producatorului pentru service autorizat de producator. Se va prezenta in ORIGINAL;
- Ofertantul va prezenta un document comun (atat din partea producatorului de hardware cat si a producatorului de sistem de operare software) care sa ateste ca echipamentele hardware au fost testate si compatibile cu sistemul de operare software instalat.Se va prezenta in ORIGINAL.
- Declaratie care contine informatii privind efectivul mediu anual al personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere. Ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada ca are minim 6 ingineri certificati de producator pentru hardware: servere, desktop, statii grafice si notebook-uri). Se vor prezenta documentele de certificare a personalului (diplome).
